New Year,New Word

Last year I took the word honor as it felt applicable to honor myself more. (You can check it out here)
I succeeded at that word/goal by putting what I stand for first and making sure that I am healthy and happy. I started with working out at the beginning of the year and that was great, however when my life started to get a crazy and all over the place I needed something new. In November I tried something, that something you may ask is eating clean. I was amazed at all the crap that I was putting into my body. I can officially say I am proud to lose 35 pounds in two months and know that I am honoring myself through my health.

Thanksgiving and Christmas. Small but great change.

This years word is LOVE. More importantly to love more.

It took me some time to figure out what my word should be,and I know that I am full of lots of love. I know in loving people, places. things more that I will be able to get great experiences out of this year and I can't wait.

I want to listen, feel, and truly connect with people to learn about how I can love them the most. Even if it is just a smile or a simple handwritten note for a stranger I am going to do it.

  1. Love is a great word choice for the year. I didn't pick one this year, but I feel like I should have.
